On this page you will find various information about the online shop of Fiat Classic.



You can place your order easily and securely via the Fiat Classic online shop. Here you choose whether you want to register as a customer and create a customer account on www.fiatclassic.com, or if you would like to order as a guest without registration. If you want to place your order by phone - no problem. You can reach us from Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm on +49 4631 933 91 60. Alternatively you can send us an e-mail with your order to info@fiatclassic.com.

Once your order has been added to our system, you will receive an automatically generated email with an order confirmation containing all the details of your order. If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g., number of items, size, color, delivery address, etc.), please contact us. To view the status of your order, please log in to your customer account and click on My Orders.

Payment options

You can choose between the following payment options at Fiat Classic:

  • Payment in advance (payment by bank transfer)
  • SEPA direct debit
  • PayPal

  • Cash on delivery (payment in cash on delivery, this additional shipping costs apply)
  • Cash on pickup

Fiat Classic reserves the right to exclude certain payment options in individual cases.

Returns & Complaints

Strict quality management and special attention to details during the refurbishment of our spare parts guarantee that our inventory meets the highest quality standards. Each article is also subject to strict controls, both at the time of receiving and shipping. If you have any reason to complain, you can complain about the article. If you do not like an article or do not like it, you can easily and simply return it.

Just contact us. After clarification send the goods back to us. The shipping costs of the return are your responsibility.

Items returned to us must be in flawless, unused and salable condition (for example, in their original packaging, with signs, etc.). If you can not give us the case in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you have to pay us compensation for the value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the item is solely due to its examination - as it would have been possible for you in a shop, for example. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as your own property and refraining from doing anything that impairs its value.

Please note that we can accept returns only if the items meet the required standard and the above instructions are followed. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions about a return or a complaint. Further costs of the reversal do not arise for you in a complaint or return, they only bear the cost of the return.

This allows us to tailor Fiat Classic's product offering to the high and individual needs of our customers, but it can also result in changes to products without prior notice. Please also note that the colors in the catalog and in the online shop may differ from the actual color due to technical conditions.
