Brake drum, brake lining and brake carrier plate
The brake is one of the most important spare parts in a classic Fiat. It is an absolutely safety-relevant component and should always be well maintained. If a system part is defective, it must be repaired immediately with the appropriate spare part. The brake drum is located at the end of the brake system of a vintage Fiat. It is connected to the wheel and, together with the brake pads, ensures sufficient deceleration. The brake pads are attached to the fixed brake anchor plate. The brake anchor plate should always be rust-free and in perfect condition. To attach the brake pads to the brake anchor plates, one brake spring set per wheel is required.
